Our name

Thợ Nhuộm Street was named for the dyers who once worked here, coaxing colour out of raw cloth. Atelier keeps that spirit: beans, leaves, cacao and fruit are our materials, and every cup is a shade we draw out by hand.

Our story

A dyer's workshop, made of coffee.

Inspired by the heritage of Thợ Nhuộm Street, Atelier reimagines the spirit of a traditional dyer's workshop. Beans, leaves, cacao and fruits become our materials; grinding, dripping, steeping, whisking and pressing reveal their distinctive shades.
